League Start-Up (2018)
This is the first year of the Hair Optional Fantasy Football League 10 Man Dynasty PPR. The league is an expansion of a legacy league that was won back to back years by Russell’s Staff. The purpose of the Legacy league was to roll over 20% of every season’s pot into a pool that once someone won 2 seasons in a row they would collect the pot and a new league would start. When the legacy pool was won, the league decided to expand to 10 teams. 7 of the 10 teams have been in a league together for 4 years.
